Request a Copy of Your Mortgage Credit Certificate

Use this request form to get a copy of the original Mortgage Credit Certification (MCC) that was mailed to you after loan closing. You should receive a secure email within 5 days containing a copy of the original certificate.

If you require a duplicate of the original Mortgage Credit Certification, please email HereToHome@wshfc.org for details. A processing fee of $35 will apply for each duplicate request. Processing may take up to two weeks.
