SOUNDSPLASH CHILD REGISTER

Child safety is really important to us, so all children who come to Soundsplash must be registered with a guardian aged 25 years or older. To make the process faster for you on arrival please fill out the form below to pre-register the children you will be looking after while at the festival.

Important things to know:

It is recommended that each guardian is not responsible for more than 3 children
Children must be supervised at all times
Children will not be able to pass through any of the security checkpoints without adult supervision
Any lost or unsupervised children will be escorted by festival staff to the production office for collection by the registered guardian or emergency contact.
Upon entry to the festival, each guardian's photo will be taken and added to the registration
Photo ID will be required

1.3 All child patrons, being those patrons fifteen years and under must be accompanied by a parent, or a guardian over the age of twenty five years and such parent or guardian must have a valid ticket to the Event. Any patrons 15 years and under not accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of twenty five years will be refused entry to the Event. Any guardian that is not over the age of twenty five years who does not enter the Event due to the accompaniment of a child patron under the age of fifteen years, will not be entitled to any refund of the ticket price or any other charges paid for the Event.
