Important Information:

We are only able to accept camp registration payments online, and you will not be registered for a camp session until we have received both payment in full and completed paperwork. Submitting a registration form without both payment and completed paperwork will result in your child being added to a waitlist until both have been received. We are not able to guarantee your spot if you are waitlisted.

Waiver & Medical Release

WARNING --- Under Vermont Law, an equine activity sponsor is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities that are obvious and necessary, pursuant to 12 V.S.A. S 1039.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY ---- I understand that horseback riding and the activities related to riding are inherently dangerous and that serious injury and death can occur. I understand that participation in equine activities involves necessary risks. I agree that if any injury occurs to me or my horse or any equipment that I may use or send to use I will make no claim against Round Robin Farm or any of the Officers, Directors, Employees or Volunteers. I further agree to hold Round Robin Farm, the Officers, Directors, Employees, Volunteers and Landowners free and harmless from any liability, claims, suits or damages of whatsoever kind or nature that may be occasioned by the horses used by me or the negligence of the persons in charge of said horses. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless this organization and individuals against all liability claims, suits and expenses including attorney fees incurred arising out of any injury to any person or damage to any property caused by me, my horses or attendants.
MEDICAL RELEASE --- I understand that all participants must have their own medical insurance coverage. If applicable, I further give permission to Round Robin Farm and its staff to allow and facilitate medical treatment for my son/daughter, should the need arise while they are attending activities hosted or presented by Round Robin Farm. I understand that every attempt to contact parents or guardians will be made prior to treatment.
