GRANT OF RIGHTS
In consideration of the photo session services rendered, the Model (or legal guardian) hereby irrevocably grants the Photographer — and any associated photographers or collaborators — the unlimited right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the photographs, images, videos, and/or likeness taken during the session. This includes the right to share such materials for the following purposes:
-Online and social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn
-Photographer's website and online portfolio
-Marketing and promotional materials (digital and print)
-Editorial and commercial use
-Competitions, exhibitions, and professional submissions
COMPENSATION
The parties agree that compensation for this release is as follows:
- Session fee waived
- 5 high resolution digital images deliveried via an online download
- Any additional images that will be in the "proofing gallery" will be available to purchase for $20 each
PRIVACY
The Photographer agrees to handle all images with respect and professionalism. The Photographer will:
-Not use images in a defamatory, obscene, or unlawful manner
-Not sell the images to third parties without additional written consent from the model/leagal guardian
-Limit personal information shared about model in any of the above purposes, to first name only
