Discovery Bay International School (DBIS) is committed to the safety and protection of children and young people.

The DBIS Code of Conduct applies to all staff members and volunteers who represent the school and who interact with children and young people in both a supervised or unsupervised capacity.

The Code outlines the conduct expected of all staff and volunteers at DBIS, and staff from other organisations who engage with DBIS children and young people through its activities.

Please complete the following form to acknowledge that you have read the Code of Conduct and will follow its rules and guidelines.

You are also required to acknowledge that you have read the Child Protection Policy, and confirm that you have not been convicted of any of the offences

All staff members and volunteers who represent the school and who interact with children are required to declare that they have not been convicted of any Sexual Offences outlined HERE.

I understand that as a person working with, volunteering and/or providing services to children and young people at DBIS, my signature confirms that I have read this Code of Conduct and that I agree to follow these standards.

I have read the attached DBIS Child Protection Policy, and understand and agree to follow the procedures outlined in the Policy.

I confirm that I have read the list of Sexual Offences and declare that I have not been convicted of any of the Offences outlined in the list.
