                          A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work will begin.  As with all customized/personalized items the entire invoice must be paid in full before anything is shipped or release to the customer.  There are no refunds on personalized items.   Once your order is received, you will receive an invoice to pay once we look at the order.
