  • Paying the registration by credit card involves thee steps.

    1. Completing this registration form to secure your spot for the conference.
    2. Creating an online account with Miami University's Conference Services.
    3. Completing a form with your identifying information (name, job title, contact, etc) and payment information.

    This document will show you how to complete steps #2 and #3 step-by-step.

    Please note that:

    • A 6% processing charge will be assessed in addition to the $225 registration fee, bringing the total amount owed to $238.50.
    • Credit card payments must be made through the conference website prior to the start of the event. Credit card payments cannot be processed at registration.
    • Please be sure to complete this form prior to paying for your registration online!
  • Cancellation Policy

    • Registration cancellations must be received in writing (email) and should be sent to: Carla Myers at myersc2@maimioh.edu.
    • Cancellations received prior to August 26, 2018 will be subject to a refund minus a handling fee of $25.
    • No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after August 26, 2018.
    • Registrations made after August 26, 2018 are nonrefundable.
    • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
    • The 6% processing fee assessed for the payment of registration via credit card is a convenience fee assessed by the Bursars Office and is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
