2026 VENDOR APPLICATION

PODIUM PROMOTIONS - HOME OF WORCS RACING

This contract between Podium Productions, LLC and “Vendor” is binding and will become valid when signed by both parties. Contract will be void if either side fails to execute the promised duties.

Vendor fee is $300 for the weekend (Thursday 3:00 PM setup through Sunday) or $100 a day. A $100 deposit is required prior to the event and may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (3% credit card processing fee applies).

The $100 deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the event, less a $25 administrative/processing fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.

We're here to support your participation and ensure a smooth experience, but ultimately, financial outcomes are determined by your own business strategies.
