GENERAL APPLICATION INFORMATION
Organizations must submit a complete application packet including:
Annual Membership Application. Do not enroll in the InterPride Membership system. Your dues to CAPI provide membership in InterPride! You only submit to CAPI.
A copy of the organizations Letter of Determination for 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit status
Financial statements and budget of the organization for the most recent fiscal year
Payment for annual CAPI & InterPride joint membership dues
Applications and payment must be received by 1/31/2019 to ensure the organization will be included in 2019 marketing materials. Any application packets received AFTER 1/31/2019 will be assessed a $25 late fee and will only be included in marketing materials that are able to be updated after the 1/31/2019 deadline.

CAPI marketing material consists of posters, postcards, and different online listings and promotion. Please note that only ONE (1) event per Pride organization will be listed on CAPI marketing material. Two (2) or more Pride events in the same city or county, NOT produced by the same organization, may be listed on CAPI marketing material. Such events may fall on the same date. CAPI membership fees do NOT cover any registration fees or any other expenses related to the CAPI Annual General Meeting (AGM) or the InterPride AGM. AGM registration fees are handled directly and set by the Pride committee hosting the AGM.
