Vendor spaces are arranged around the outer perimeter of the show making for high visibility exposure for all vendors. Vendor space is TEN feet deep by EIGHT feet wide and a vendor can choose to utilize one space or double up and display wares across two or three spaces. Some spaces have electricity available at a $20 extra cost. Total vendor space available sis limited so make your selection early.
A Vendor Space is $120.00
unless a Vendor volunteers 4 hours of time to assist the Festival.
Then the Vendor Space will be $70.

This year set up will be FRIDAY, July 29th from 9:00 AM UNTIL 12:00 PM. THE FESTIVAL WILL OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT 1:00 PM. There will be assistance available to help you bring your store into your vendor space. Assistance will be available for carrying your store back to your vehicle on SUNDAY, July 31st FROM 2:00PM TO 5:00 PM.
Vendors are encouraged to make early arrangements for display space. The deadline for reserving vending space in the 2016 Many Hands Fiber Arts Festival is July 25, 2016.
Vendors will use central checkout and there is a 10% fee on transactions. Vendors who can use their own credit card machine may do so without using central checkout, but must show a Town of Telluride Business License, and must collect and pay Town of Telluride Sales Tax, San Miguel County Sales Tax, and State Sales Tax.
Upon completion of the reservation of a vendor booth the vendor will be emailed a form that outlines the rules for vending at the festival and the names of people selling in your vending space showing checkout information that is preprogrammed into the checkout registers. All sales through Central Checkout will be completed using information on an invoice sent to the checkout from the vendor indication the number of items and prices. Invoice will be retained by the Festival to insure the proper payment to the vendor after the Festival.
