CVPRA Pavilion Rental Form

There is a $125 fee for use of the pavilion and the pool.

Additionally, there is a $8 fee per guest, for a guest pass, whether or not they plan to use the pool. Must be accompanied with member.

The CVP&RA pool pavilions are located at 2301 Nantucket Pool and 2301 Wellfleet Pool.

The hours available for pavilion rental are 12:00-2:00 p.m., 2:30-4:30 p.m. and 5:00-7:00 p.m.

RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT DATE. RESERVATIONS ARE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Parties with more than 25 guests will require additional lifeguards and the host will be held responsible for the extra charges. ($25/hr per lifeguard),

ALL HOSTS AND GUESTS MUST ADHERE TO THE CVP&RA HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES.

This application is a request; your reservation is not guaranteed. Someone from Brodie Management will be in contact within 72 hours to confirm if your requested date/time/location is available and will then arrange for payment to complete your reservation.

Please try to be as accurate as possible with the guest count as this will determine if additional pool staff is needed and total guest passes needed. If additional Pool Staff is needed at any time during your party you will be held responsible for the extra staffing charges.
