Image Delivery*

Final edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session dateClient will select images based on their package; additional images may be purchasedNoahbear Photography retains the right to edit and deliver only the best images from the sessionImages will be shared via a private online gallery

Purpose*

This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by both parties

Siblings*

Please be sure to make arrangements for any older children who are not in the session.If your child will take part of family portraits please make arrangements for them during the baby's portion. We try to keep the studio as calm as possible for the baby.

Reservations*

Upon your signature, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or event cancelled for any reason, including acts of God, fire, strike, and extreme weather. The Session fee it is to be paid at time of signing the contract. Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, the Photographer will not photograph the Event, with a loss of Reservation Deposit by Client and no liability to the Photographer.

Photographer’s Standard Price List.*

The charges in this agreement are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time that you booked your session.The Session only includes the amount of images that were purchased during booking. No raw/unedited images are ever given to clients. Additional images are available for sale after the session.

Digital Negatives, Prints and Copyrights*

The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by the Photographer are protected by International Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and the Photographer retains the copyright to all photos and images produced.Edits are made to every image based on photographer's style only, the photographer will not change styles upon request.

Social Media*

I allow Noahbear Photography to share images and videos from our session on social media and website for portfolio and promotional use.

Rescheduling & Cancellation*

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date due to illness, emergencies, or unexpected delivery delaysPhotographer reserves the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or unsafe weather conditions (for outdoor portions)
