- Thank you for your interest in inviting Theresa Harvard Johnson as a speaker for your event. Travel, hotel and meal expenses should be covered by the hosting ministry, business or organization. Travel and hotel arrangements must be reviewed and confirmed by The School of the Scribe before they are finalized. In addition, travel expenses are separate from the honorarium.
  - Confirm travel and hotel arrangements within 60-45 days of arrival.
  - Preferred Airlines: Southwest, Delta or United. (Southwest Airlines is preferred. No flights on Frontier or Spirit Airlines.) Flight must include two checked bags OR reimbursement up to $160 round trip, meaning arriving and leaving. (Known Traveler Number & Rewards # provided prior to flight confirmation)
  - Preferred Hotels: Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard by Marriot, Fairfield Inn & Suites or comparable.
  - Meal Voucher: $50 a day minimum unless meals provided via the ministry. (Gift card is acceptable)
  - DRIVING AS AN OPTION: If the conference location is under 4.5 hours from Atlanta, GA, the option to drive may be chosen at the discretion of Theresa Harvard Johnson. Generally, she drives her own vehicle and requires reimbursement for gas via receipts. In the event a rental is necessary, those fees will apply as well.
  - Also note that an assistant may also accompany Theresa Harvard Johnson to the event. (There are no requirements regarding this other than a room with double queen beds or appropriate space for two people.)

- In the event that Theresa Harvard Johnson is speaking across multiple days, hosting all-day workshops, or is the exclusive presenter or speaker at a multi-day event primarily based on Ephesians 4:11 Ministry or Scribal Ministry, your ministry will be contacted to discuss honorariums and/or fees. Please note, however, that every ministry engagement is confirmed based on a prayer focus and is NOT financially driven. In addition, we will work within the ministry's reasonable budget.
- If your ministry, business or organization is planning to live stream teaching sessions ON THE SCRIBE, ON EPHESIANS 4:11 MINISTRY OR ON THE DREAM REALM, host these teachings in an archival system for digital replay, or publicly release them through social media networks please note that a contractual agreement must be signed prior to doing so for those areas. Some teachings, however, are restricted from any public release. The School of the Scribe will contact you for further details if needed. Thank you sincerely for understanding.
