CPARC has an employment referral bonus program. If you refer an applicant for employment who is hired, you may be eligible to receive a bonus as follows:
The referring staff person will be eligible to receive an initial bonus of $200 after the new employee completes his or her first 30 days of employment. After six months of employment a final $125 will be paid to the referring staff person. Both the staff person making the referral and the staff person referred must be employed by CPARC at the time the bonus is to be paid, or the referral bonus will not apply.
This referral form must be completed within one week of the application for employment. Otherwise the bonus cannot be paid. Staff involved in the decision to hire an applicant are not eligible for a referral bonus for that applicant. (E.g. Anyone upwards in this applicant’s “chain of command”).
