• Quick Self-Assessment

    What is your personality type?
  • Intructions

Let's identify your natural, inborn, hard-wired preferences which make up your Personality Type. The following self-assessment questionnaire contains a series of questions which ask you to choose betwen two answers. Simply choose the answer that seems most like you when you feel most like yourself.

There are two things to keep in mind:

    1. People do things for two different reasons - either it's a natural, inborn preference, or it's a learned behavior. This assessment is designed to identifiy how you would naturally do things.
    2. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers. Answer the questions with the first answer that seems like you at your best.

At the end of the survey, the form will tabulate your results and provide you with a personalilty type. There are 16 possible types, and each has their own set of strengths, potential stressors, and and suggestions for dealing with stress.
