AGREEMENT & TERMS

By participating in The Great Product Giveaway, hosted by Rebecca Hope from xoxorebecca.com, I am agreeing to be honest and fair. I agree to send out the product I have promised to the winner by the set date. All products are welcomed {digital and/or physical}.

All participants in this giveaway will be mailing out one full-sized item from their business or brand to the winner chosen randomly through Rafflecoptor. Rebecca will be emailing everyone to let them know the winner's name and address. A tracking number is required when sending out your items to ensure any issues if a problem does arise. If sending out a digital product, just a confirmation is required to prove it was sent out.

You agree to send out a new, unused, unopened product to the winner in a timely manner and agree that there is no monetary compensation for this giveaway to you. You are using this giveaway to promote and share your business and products.

You are allowed to send any promotional materials that would help boost and drive customers and sales to your website /social media sites. You are able to also include any samples, flyers, business cards, etc... as you wish with your full sized product to the winner.

If for any reason you are unable to participate once you have signed up, you must contact Rebecca Hope immediately at rebecca.hope@xoxorebecca.com so other arrangements can be made and you are not penalized. Failure to send out a product once a winner has been chosen will result in negative feedback and failure to be able to participate in anything else associated with xoxorebecca.com
