You can choose to apply online or by post (you do not need to complete both as they are the same content). If you decide to fill your application by hand and post it, you can download the form in either Lao or English here. If you decide to apply online, these are the 2 steps you need to follow:
1) Fill all fields by clicking on Start My Application Online button below. This process might require a long time and a stable internet connection. Please save your answers somewhere so you do not lose all the work done if your connection breaks.
2) After submitting your application online, you will receive a confirmation email with a link where you can upload your supporting documentation (academic records + 2 references). You can find the templates for the academic and the general reference here. Your application will be reviewed only after completing these two steps.
IMPORTANT: Candidates applying online can only submit one application per email address (different applications need to be submitted from different email accounts). For submitting your application successfully, you need to use the same email address for steps one and two described above.
Your full application should be completed online or received at the PO Box 1286 (Vientiane Post Office) by the 13th February 2018.
