As pet sitters and dog walkers, our schedules change from week to week, and there's no guarantee of a fixed income. While it's possible to eventually earn a full-time living as a pet sitter, the primary purpose is to provide extra income or supplemental income, not to be your main source of income. Our most popular service is a 30-minute visit. The tasks during a visit depend on each client's specific needs. Some may require simple tasks like scooping the litter box and brushing their cat, while others might have multiple dogs that need to be walked. Each client will provide instructions on exactly what needs to be done during each visit. Do you understand and agree?

Are you comfortable with all dog breeds, ages, and temperaments? We primarily work with dogs and cats but also service chickens, rabbits, birds, small mammals, and reptiles.

Do you have experience giving oral medications or subcutaneous injections to cats or dogs?

If so, please explain:

We only care for one family at a time, however, this position will require that you have the ability to walk multiple dogs in an outdoor environment; sometimes 2 medium sized ones at a time. You will be required to clean up animal waste. Some animals may require you to pick them up (lifting up to 50lbs.). You may encounter wet, slippery, and uneven terrain. You may also interact with the general public, and the dogs they may also own. Can you perform all the duties in the job description?
