If selected to receive a grant, all Grantee organizations agree to use funds only for the purposes for which the grant was made, as documented herein. All grants must meet the requirements of a charitable purpose as defined in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Grantee organizations must submit a six month report, six months after funds are distributed, and final written report after all funds have been used. Written reports must document how the grant purpose was fulfilled and account specifically for the use of funds on a line item basis. Amazinggrace.life reserves the right to withhold or recover grant funds if Grantee fails to provide the required reports or uses or misuses funds for any purpose other than in accordance with the grant.
