Online APA Scoresheet Submission Form with Payment

Scoresheets need to be scanned and saved in a PDF format.

One Scoresheet per File. 2MB max file size.

For 9-Ball both sides of the scoresheet needs to be scanned.

Filenames need to be in the format [TEAM#]_Week[WEEK#].pdf

Ex. 81102_Week01.pdf or 91202_Week11.pdf

If you need to attach two files for 9-Ball use f & b to designate front and back.

Ex. 91605_Week01_f.pdf & 91605_Week01_b.pdf

You will receive an email confirmation of your submission. This is your receipt that will guarantee we received your scoresheet and payment and is your proof that you submitted everything on time. If you do not receive the email, we did not receive your scoresheet or payment.
