Online APA Scoresheet Submission Form with Payment

Scoresheets need to be scanned and saved in a PDF format.

One Scoresheet per File. 2MB max file size.

For 9-Ball both sides of the scoresheet needs to be scanned.

Filenames need to be in the format [TEAM#]_Week[WEEK#].pdf

Ex. 81102_Week01.pdf or 91202_Week11.pdf

If you need to attach two files for 9-Ball use f & b to designate front and back.

Ex. 91605_Week01_f.pdf & 91605_Week01_b.pdf

You will receive an email confirmation of your submission. This is your receipt that will guarantee bonus points will not be lost due to a late scoresheet. If you do not receive the email, we did not receive your scoresheet.
