We allow returns of non defective products within 30 days from date of purchase provided that the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Printing Streaks are symptoms of the cartridge head being partially blocked resulting in streaks.
In the case of an Inkjet Cartridge with an embedded print head, this can be due to the printer being powered off for an extended time or the cartridge due to not printing often has dried up.
In the case single ink technology the cartridge is an ink tank that supplies ink to the printer head. If the printer has been powered off for an extended period thus not allowing the printer to conduct daily priming of the cartridge may result in the printer heads becoming blocked. Other reasons can be that the ink tanks are not securely positioned thus limiting the ink flow or the tags on the ink tanks have not been removed limiting ink flow.

Once the tag has been removed from the ink cartridge it may result in a small amount of ink leaking from it. This can be due to the pressure build up resulting from transport but should not be cause for alarm. One can wipe off the ink using a paper towel or toilet paper. Once cleaned you can safely insert the cartridge, it will not leak out in the printer. Bear in mind that applying pressure on the sides of the cartridge will exacerbate the ink flow so its best to handle the cartridge from the top.
If excessive ink leaking is found please proceed with the request.
If the Printer does not recognise the cartridges it is suggested that you power off the printer at the plug point leaving it off for 1 minute and powering it on again. If this method does not work please proceed with completing the return request.
Please check that you have removed the cartridge clips on Inkjet Cartridges and protective covers on Toner Cartridges. If these have been removed and the cartridge does not fit it may be due to the cartridge not being the correct one for your printer.
