Cancellation Policies: If notification for cancellation of space is given on or before July 30, 2018, the exhibitor will be liable for 10% of the total cost of the space cancelled. For cancellations received after July 30, 2018, exhibitors are liable for 100% of the cost of space.
Payment: If chooseing to be invoiced, the full payment of exhibitor space charges must be paid within 30 days of receiving the Exhibitor Space Rental Invoice. The invoice will be sent out to the contact person's attention after the form is submitted and received.
Rules and Regulations: All exhibitors are responsible for reading and complying with the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
