ECOP Agenda Requests and Reports Tool
The Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) intends for all meetings to be action-oriented and engaging. This tool is designed for committees, task forces, liaisons, and partner organization/agency representatives to engage the ECOP Board without the need to deliver a verbal report during meetings. During face-to-face meetings, NIFA, ECOP Executive, Program, Professional Development, 4-H Leadership, and Budget & Legislative Committees have place-holders on the agenda for briefings or requests for action. TYPE 1 RESPONSE, submitting an action or discussion item for the next face-to-face ECOP meeting agenda, has a DEADLINE of 5:00 PM ET, September 15. ECOP Chair Mark Latimore will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
TYPE 2 RESPONSE, submitting a simple report with no action needed, has a DEADLINE of Close of Business, September 18. Reports submitted without a request for action will be included as an attachment with the ECOP Agenda. Reports received after the deadline will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
