ECOP Agenda Requests and Reports Tool
The Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) meets March 23-25, 2021. All system-wide partnering entities, assigns, representatives, and liaisons are offered 3 opportunities each year (Spring, Summer and Fall) to engage. You may refer to the organizational chart here for more information.
This tool provides two types of submissions explained below. Please direct questions or concerns to Assistant Director Sandy Ruble firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-478-6088. Thank you.
TYPE 1 RESPONSE, submitting an action or discussion item for the next face-to-face ECOP meeting agenda, has a DEADLINE of 5:00 PM ET, March 9. ECOP Chair Chris Watkins will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
TYPE 2 RESPONSE, submitting a simple report with no action needed, has a DEADLINE of Close of Business, March 15. Reports submitted without a request for action will be included as an attachment with the ECOP Agenda. Reports received after the deadline will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
