The below signed indicates that he/she officially represents the firm herein named and as such wishes to contract for a booth display in the exhibit area of the Diocesan Fiscal Management Conference (DFMC) 2018 to be held September 16 – 19, 2018 in the Sheraton Grand Phoenix at 340 N. 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004. DFMC Exhibit Booths are awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis with exhibitors from 2017 receiving a "full protection" period until March 16, 2018 in which they will be given priority. After March 16, 2018 registrations will be considered in the order received. Since booth spaces are limited, this application for a booth does not guarantee a booth assignment. Once all booths are assigned remaining exhibitors will be placed on a waiting list in the order applications have been received. Credit cards will only be charged and checks deposited when a booth has been assigned.
