SOUL Dog Rescue & Rehab is a 501c3 dog rescue started in 2014 to reduce the euthanasia rates in high-kill shelters. We work with our adopters beyond the adoption day to insure that our pups are a good fit for their home & family.

Our application is below. Your completed app will be forwarded to the foster for approval. Please note: our puppies and dogs are not adopted out on a first come basis. We are looking for a home that is the best fit for them based on their breed, size, personality, etc.
