Proofing & Turn-around *

You will receive a proof in 24 to 48 hours, most often, same day or next day. We will rush your order if needed the same day - $20 rush fee applies.
Friday Orders *

Fridays are our busiest days, so please place your order as early in the day as possible. Our cut off is 3 PM on Fridays. All orders received after 3 PM will incur a $20 rush fee, if you need your proof & flyer sent on Friday (or that weekend).
Weekends *

We do not process orders on the weekends. However, if your order is placed during the week, we can schedule your flyer to go out on the weekend.
Cancellation Policy *

SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER for any reason (including mind & property status changes), once it has been designed, there is a $50 design fee which simply covers our time involved in completing your job request. Standard turn-around is 24-48 hours. Rush fees will apply for faster turn-around.
Payment Policy *

We have gotten rave reviews about our service from our clients; however, from time to time, an agent will not receive any response from a flyer. This generally has to do with the house itself, price point, the market or lack of buyers for your specific listing. Please do not ask if you don't have to pay if you do not get an offer or showings, as we can not guarantee individual results.
