ICCAC Student-Athlete of the Year Nomination Form
1. Any Region 11 student athlete who participated in any NJCAA certified sport(s) can be nominated for this award by his/her head coach, with approval from the institution’s athletic director. A letter of recommendation from the athletic director of the institution is required. Letters from coaches and other administrators are not required but are accepted.
  
  The criteria for the selection is based on academic achievement, athletic ability, community service, and other qualities outlined below. Other awards received or additional circumstances may be listed in the comments section below and will be taken into consideration by the Awards Committee when determining the recipient of the award.
  
  All nominations for Region 11 Student Athlete of the Year must be submitted to the commissioner's office by May 15th, 2025 at 12 p.m. The Region 11 Awards Committee will review all applications and select a winner for the Male and Female Student Athlete of the Year, and honorees will be released to the appropriate media by May 22th, 2025 at 12 p.m.
