As you know our "Refund Policy" reads as follows:
No refunds will be made on any services or products provided by BioSculpt Body, it's affiliates or subsidiaries. Only our 2"+ guarantee first full body session has refund availability.

If you have purchased a one-hour BioSculpt Body Full Body session, and it is your first session ever at any BioSculpt Body location, and you do not lose at least two inches from your waist, hips, and thighs during your first hour of session, then you may receive a full-refund upon request. If on that date you do not request a refund, then you thereby waive any claim for a refund. Refunds will not be made for any other services, pre-paid packages or products, for any other reason, or at any other time. All sales are final. Payments collected by other parties (e.g., Groupon) cannot be refunded by BioSculpt Body, it's affiliates or subsidiaries.
We do understand that a small percentage of our clientele will not see an immediate 2"+ loss on their first ever BioSculpt Body Full Body session (this subset of individuals are unable to efficiently process the liberated fat cells' contents to see immediate results and may see 2"+ loss over the next 48-72 hours) and you are given the option to request a refund in this case, but if you request a refund for this service based on the fact that you did not see immediate 2"+ loss you waive the right to be serviced at any BioSculpt Body, it's affiliates or subsidiaries locations for future services.
We also understand that hardships can arise which may inhibit you from completing your agreed upon pre-paid package or series of sessions and/or products, so we do review hardship refund requests for services but no agreed upon purchased products can be refunded or returned.
