You are 50% of the enrollment process... the better impression you leave on the callers the better the sales process works and the more money everybody makes and the happier the customers are!
1. The sytsem tracks the following:
- number of calls transfered
- number of calls answered
- number of calls missed
- seconds connected per call
2. The system will never forward more than one call at a time.
3. You must log in and out of the system 30 minutes prior to accepting or rejecting calls.
