All classroom requests are tentative until confirmed. Rental rate is $50 per 3 hour session.

In case of inclement weather, classes will be canceled if the local schools are closed. In this event, you class can be rescheduled.

By submitting this form, the instructor agrees:

- to pay the classroom fee on or before the class, unless the class is canceled 24 hours in advance;

- Supply all materials needed in the classroom, except water.

- to leave the classroom neat and clean upon departure.

- to release White Rabbit Fine Art Gallery, their officers, members and property owners from any liability, loss or damage to personal property which may occur while using the WR Classroom Room for the above event.
