The IDOE has identified two key roles to support the iCAP option at the LEA level, the iCAP point of contact and the mentor. The point of contact serves as the main contact for the LEA or its schools. Points of Contacts will be listed on the iCAP Students webpage for interested participants to contact. Points of Contacts are the only ones authorized to register an Indiana public school student in an iCAP course. We ask that each LEA also identify one individual on the LEA iCAP Team who will serve as Lead Contact for the DOE. This individual will be responsible for the appeal process, updating the Point of Contact for all schools in the LEA, and maintaining accurate information.
Superintendents are asked to complete this form to identify your LEA iCAP Lead and school Point of Contact(s). Please be sure to list a point of contact for each of your secondary schools. You may have one designee for multiple schools. These individuals will be sent details on orientation to the iCAP and registration process. They will also be added to our iCAP Support email list. You also have the option of being included on that mailing list. Before completing this form, please review Build Your iCAP Support Team at https://www.doe.in.gov/icap/icap-schools.
