HISTORY & PURPOSE
The Inspire Church Bob Mace Scholarship was established in the year 2000 to assist high school students who wish to pursue a college education at a two or four-year university. The late Bob Mace, a long-time friend of our assembly, was a visionary who recognized the necessity of training future generations for service—both in the church and community. Those entrusted with the honor of receiving these funds will become the standard-bearers to represent this quiet, unassuming giant who believed, above all else, in the redeeming power of our Lord Jesus Christ.
ELIGIBILITY
Each year, Inspire Church Bob Mace Scholarship Fund offers a limited number of scholarships:
First to qualified high school candidates of our church who are: (1) active Inspire Church members, (2) above average academic achievers, and (3) have demonstrated outstanding potential.
The 2020 pandemic year unfortunately resulted in a reduced number of application submissions. We are pleased to open up this opportunity for 2nd year college students that could not apply in 2020.
Additionally, if you are a member and are trying to go back to college to further your education you are eligible to apply.
