Please note: The Short Term Studio (Space 238) is not sound proof, and there is significant sound bleed between the Short term Studio and adjacent Studios. If your Arts Practice involves a sound component (includes music, dance, events, meetings) please discuss the suitability Short Term Studio for your propossed Residency with the Operations Manager prior to submitting your application.

For ceramic artists, please note that there is no kiln located at SAC.

4. Residency Term:

Please specify the preferred length of your Residency.

The minimum length of residency is one month*, with a maximum length of three consecutive months.

An overall maximum of three months will be granted within a twelve month period.

Artists seeking terms longer than three months are advised to apply for SAC’s regular Artists Studios.

*Residency Terms of less than one month in duration are at the discretion of the Assessment Panel.

Pending the Approval of your Application, you will be added to the Cancellation List. Should dates become available within your preferred months, you will be offered a Residency.
