  • The following form will assist SBU Eats in evaluating requests for support. You must submit your completed application TWO WEEKS in advance of your event. You will receive an email response within one week of submission.

    • If approved, photos of the event should be sent within one week. If photos are not received the organization will not be eligible to receive future funding.
    • Donation funds are meant to supplement student programs, not provide the sole source of funding for events.
    • Donation funds are limited, and not guaranteed.
    • Any advertising for this event must include "sponsored by SBU Eats"
