Note...for UC GSRA there is no "no benefits" paragraph. Since they receive benefits from Campus, we did not include this paragraph intentionally. If you have a GSRA with no benefits, you do not need to select a paragraph, the No Benefits is for your reference.
Note...lump sum may not exceed $5,000.
Note...the hire is only eligible for relocation if the appointment is at or greater than 12 months.

Estimated Tax Liability Explanation
If Gross Up is Yes, the Lab will gross up the relocation package to cover the tax liability, and that will be included in the relocation amount.
If Gross Up is No, the Estimated Tax Liability will be payable by the employee on their first check.
