No refunds. All damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. All exchange requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. No credits will be issued without a Return Authorization Code issued AFTER completion of this form. Please note that your submission will be reviewed within 2 business days and a Correctional Counseling, Inc. (CCI) team member will respond to you with an Authorization Code or request for more information within 5 business days. Please DO NOT SHIP any goods to our office prior to authorization, as they will not be accepted from the freight carrier. Any freight charges associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by CCI Management. All returned merchandise must be in original, new condition. Any subsequent credits that may be issued on your account are valid for 12 months.
