    • MEMBERSHIP RULES

      Members shall conform to program code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to the following.

      Basic Code:
      1. Members shall dress neatly and in full official training uniform during all classes and official activities (i.e. tournaments, seminars, etc.).
      2. Members shall be courteous to each other at all times.
      3. Members shall exercise personal safety and pursue the protection of other members as a priority.
      4. Members shall familiarize themselves with other existing program rules and regulations and take responsibility for being updated of any changes.
      5. Additional rules and regulations may apply.

      Waiver: I realize that karate is contact sport and do hereby waive and release all rights and claims for damages which may accrue to me or my minor child(ren) against the program Instructors, Promoters, Directors, Representatives, Agents and Sponsors as a result of my/their participation. I also agree that my child(ren) and I shall participate in a safe manner at all times and assume full responsibility for any actions during all classes, seminars, tournaments and other related activities.

    • New Member Submissions: If this is your first time applying for membership to this organization and you hold a black belt rank of another style, system or organization you are required to only submit a one time "New Black-Belt Application" fee along with proof of ranks and training.
