As a Vendor your options for availability are white squares on the map. If the space is Green that means it's already taken, "X" means the space is reserved, and pink is for the artist booth only. Blue spaces are for Sponsors.
March 29, 2019 is the close out date to have your name on the program guide.
Food Vendors that sells food or drinks with or without their merchandise must pay $250.00 to the venue along with purchasing the booth space.
A food items list (pre-packaged, prepared on site, etc.) must be submitted for approval. Exhibitors may not sell any items that are sold by the venue's concession stand.
Must submit a Food Vendors License and a menu to get approval to be a Food Vendor at Arctic Comic Con.
Food handling cards and/or licenses must be provided to at least three weeks before the event.
10' x 10' space is $350.00 for full weekend. ($250.00 for Grandfathered 2018 Vendors)
April 4th booth price increases to $450.00
You do have the option to pay in full or do partial payment.
If you have not paid the booth price by April 4th it will increase to $450.00
2 Vendor Pass included with space.
Extra Vendor Pass is $25 each. 2 max for passes purchase

Electircity is $35 for full weekend.
*If you're a grandfathered vendor then we will refund the space or spaces you had last year to match the $250.00 space. If you get another space then you will have to pay the $350.00 booth space like other vendors.
