Fees & Payments

Cost is $240 per team (regardless of if the team is 3 or 4 skaters). Individual skaters being added to a team the fee is $65. You can pay by team or by club. E-Transfer at the time of registration is preferred. Funds will not be deposited until after the event. Cash or Cheque will be accepted at registration.
Team Entry

All relay team shall consist of four members. Teams will compete in the group of the oldest skater on that team. Teams are encouraged to keep all members within the same age group. The age groups shall be: Group 3 skaters (6-10 year old), Group 2 skaters (11-13 year old), Group 1 (14-29 year old), Masters (30+ year old). Skaters from different clubs can combine to create a team. Teams may be of single or mixed gender. Teams may optionally name a fifth member as an alternate who would skate in case of a team member absence.
Individual Skater (wanting to be added to a team)

Individuals who are looking to participate, but who cannot make up a team are welcome to add their names to our list. Just fill out your basic information and we will try to place you on a team with similar skaters from different clubs. We will let you know 3 days after the close of registration if we were able to place you or not.

Team Members
All skaters must enter a 200m , 400m or 500m time. If you dont have a time for a particular distance/track combination, leave it blank. Teams should be 4 members. Teams can list one alternate. Teams of 3 may register and every effort will be made to find a compatible fourth if requested.
