All course requests must have an instructor and a roster to accompany the each course requested.
If you are requesting a COTC Faculty Member to teach the course in your school, please indicate "COTC Faculty" in the "Instructor Name" field and place "N/A" in the "Instructor Email" field.
We ask our CCP partners to provide rosters of students intending to take the courses that you are requesting to allow us to begin working with you to plan the next steps for your students (i.e. Testing, HS Documentation needed, ACT, SAT, etc.) to enroll them in COTC.
