  • Please take the time to review the Annual Tentative Course List. If there are any changes or updates you wish to make, please let us know in the comment box below. 

  • Tenure Track Faculty -

    Please use the your alternating teaching Schedule when submitting your preferences. Find yours here.

    Please rank a minimum of three class times per course.

    Lecturers & Associate-Ins - 

    Please select times for both MWF and TuTh. If there are any special accomodations required for your schedule, please use the comment box in the next page. (i.e. Day Care, other teaching obligations, etc)

  • Please note that classroom availablity is most impacted during Winter Quarter*. We would like to thank you for your patience, flexiiblity, and cooperation during the scheduling process.
