The Phenomenal Women Expo & Luncheon presented by the Phenomenal Women Association only allows one vendor per product/brand to create a fair and diverse marketplace.
We have the rights to refuse any vendor that does not align with our organization's mission and core values.
Vendors will be provided one 6ft table with linen color selected by the host.
Vendors must be able to fit their goods & services within a 6ft table. Vendors requiring additional space will be charged for the additional space even for outside tables. If you require a second table we are able to offer but in limited supply. Additional Tables are $50.
Vendors that cancel reservations less than 30 calendar days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. Payments are transferrable but not refundable with cancellations less than 30 calendar days prior to the event. For cancellations greater than 30 days funds are eligible for refund less processing fees. Returns will be processed within 15 business days of the request. All requests for refunds must be emailed to info@phenomenalwomenexpo.com.
