Future Leaders of Y.O.U.T.H Auxillary Group --- The FLY Program is a youth auxiliary group that focuses on empowering and equipping young individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and values to become exemplary leaders. Developing their leadership abilities, enhancing their personal growth, and instilling a strong sense of integrity, compassion, and responsibility. Through hands-on activities, team-building exercises, and mentorship, youth will gain practical leadership experience, enhancing their ability to contribute meaningfully to their communities.One-on-One Mentoring Personalized, hands-on youth development life coaching through face-to-face, virtual, and/or phone sessions. These coaching sessions focus on developing life skills, navigating stresses, and fostering emotional resilience. In addition to working directly with youth, coaches also offer consulting sessions with parents, helping them navigate their child’s developmental needs. These services aim to improve family dynamics, communication, and ensure a supportive home environment for the child’s growth.Basketball Development --- Our structured sports programs will engage youth in regular physical activities, improving their health while building positive relationships and boosting self-esteem. Through participation in team sports, youth will also experience leadership opportunities and the benefits of perseverance and collaboration.Dance, Step, & Cheer --- This creative expression program offers youth a platform to showcase their talents through dance, step, and cheerleading. These activities promote self-expression, teamwork, and discipline, while also serving as a community-building tool. Youth in this program will perform at local events and engage in discussions on important life topics, cultivating a sense of belonging and purpose.Music --- The Music Program provides an artistic outlet for youth to explore their passion for music. From vocal performance to music engineering, this program allows youth to experiment with different musical forms, develop their artistic talents, and explore potential career paths in the music industry. The program builds confidence and creativity, while offering exposure to professional opportunities in music.
