• General Information and Payment Information

  • Young Adults and College Students (Ages 21-35), registering to room with at least one other person of the same gender, may receive a discounted rate to stay in a double room shared bath. Please contact the Journey Conferences' office prior to filling out your printable registration form for your discounted rate.

  • To develop future community, we may provide conferees some information to attendees willing to share their own.
  • Room Selection

  • Registrants pay now for a Double Occupancy Room and, if desired, make a single room request below.  Single rooms may be available in most cases in rooms that have a shared bath.

    Exceptions for special circumstances may be obtain.  Please call our office, if you have such special needs that require you to have an advance guarantee of a single room.  (In the past, we  have been able to provide single rooms for all those who requested and paid for  them). An additional fee for a single room will apply.
  • Single Room Requests

  • If a single room becomes available for you, you will be notified in  early October, provided you agree to make your single room surcharge payment within 48 hours (by postmark date or by credit card).

    Check one of the options below corresponding to the selection you made above. When you are offered a single room, if one is not available in the category you select, you will likely have an opportunity for one in another category and rate.   Journey Conferences can not be responsible for additional payments for single rooms sent without our prior notification of availability.

  • I would like to connect with (a) fellow registrant(s) to discuss our riding together.
  • Registrants who choose this option should use the website's Ride Sharing Forum Link to communicate in order for them work out arrangements.  In some cases, we may need to help facilitate transportation for Presenters to and from the airport, or another location possibly on your route and need volunteer drivers.  By checking this option, you give us permission to share enough of your contact information to help make this connection possible.)

  • Refund Policy
    Because space is limited and our pricing may be below our cost, we can only offer 40% refunds on cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference. After that, no refunds will be made except for: 50% refunds in the event of medical emergency or family illness or death with appropriate letter of official authentication. We MAY not be able to receive registrations after mid-September, so if you haven't registered by then, be sure to contact us (336) 545-1200 or <info@journeyconferences.com> to see if you still can.

  • Liability Release (required)

  • In order to satisfy legal requirements, you may be asked to sign liability release at on-site registration)
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Board of The Seeds for Jubilee Foundation and its members and anyone involved in planning and/or hosting Journey Conferences from any loss or damage to personal property or any personal damage or injury resulting from, caused by or occurring during or in connection with, my participation in a Journey Conference or program.

Be sure to put "registration receipt" in the header. Upon clicking the 'Submit" button below, you will be taken to a page to let us know you will mail in your check or money order within the next 24 hours OR to pay online via Paypal. Instructions will be provided there.
