Please utilize this form for all newsletter and social media request post submission considerations. The newsletter will be distributed every Monday morning. If you would like us to consider your submission for the upcoming newsletter, please adhere to the submission deadline. All submissions for the upcoming week's newsletter are due Thursday by 5 PM.
The Kearns Center reserves the right to edit or not publish content deemed inappropriate for distribution. The following are examples of acceptable content for the newsletter:
- Upcoming events for the week and the rest of the month
- Summaries with or without pictures from previous events
- General center-wide updates and reminders
- Student achievements (i.e. awards, individual recognition for excellence, graduate school acceptances, scholarship recipients, job offers, etc.)
- Important University of Rochester deadlines/ reminders
- News that students should be aware of
- Paid summer opportunities or conferences forwarded from outside parties
- Resource of the week: a helpful tip or web link to assist students (i.e. GRE words, study tips, self- care memos, etc.)
