Supporting documents

We require the following documents to complete your application:

A complete copy of the report, including any appendices, with all references to the author removed
A complete Excel (or similar) version of the impact map used as the basis for this analysis, with all references to the author removed
Evidence of permission to submit the report from the relevant organisations. This evidence can be a signed letter, or a screenshot of an email from a representative of the organisation.
A signed copy of the terms and conditions of application.

Social Value UK and Social Value International will use the information you submit during the application process to deliver the service to you. As part of this service, your application information will also be shared with one of our assessors. Application documents and feedback may be used for training and quality assurance purposes.
