Room Rules:

All clean-up for the room must be completed by the end of the night - nothing can be left over night.
I understand that the room will be shared by event staff, catering staff, venue staff, and vendors for their dinners/breaks.
The Conservatory nor the bulding owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Valuables should be locked up in a car or taken to an off-site location
The room can be inspected at anytime by The Conservatory management staff
No BYOB - I understand that no hard liquor may be brought in from any room guests but can be purchased from The Conservatory
I understand that drinks will be provided by The Conservatory and billed to the client
