TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TURNAROUND TIME
Approximately 6-8 weeks after the session your images will be ready to view via your own private online gallery.
All session will be received Via Online Gallery
Parker Edyn Photography will give you a sneak peek (usually via Facebook and Instagram) within 1 week of the session. Please note i dont share sneak peaks from every session i do.
OUTDOOR & STUDIO SESSIONS
The Client understands that when arriving late to the session, the amount of time you are late will be deducted from the allotted time for the session and the Photographer will not be held liable for missed images due to the Client's tardiness. The Client understands that if the Photographer is not notified of you being late, the Photographer will only be expected to wait 15 minutes past the scheduled session time before leaving the chosen location and the deposit and or Fullpayment will be forfeited
ARCHIVE
Your purchase of the files relesases Parker Edyn Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases the photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image or photograph. After (6) months, all images will be purged from the photographer's hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer at photographer's sole discrestion. Sweet P Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer's control.
LIABILITY
Parker Edyn Photography is not responsible for the co operation, tears, mood or any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and/or pets and themselves, and release Sweet P Photography from any claims against their person or business.
Parker Edyn Photography is not responsible for any food allergies please provide your own cake to match the theme if they do suffer from any allergies and please provide soap or bubbles if your child has any skin allergies
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents her from photographing the event, Parker Edyn Photography will make every effort to reschedule the event. If for whatever reason this is not possible, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session package purchased. Parker Edyn Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that the photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the photographer's control, Parker Edyn Photography liability is limited to the return of all payments receive for the session package.
A non-refundable payment is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session.
No part of any order, including digital files will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your desired session is not reserved until the session payment is received full and clear. Therefore, the session is non-refundable. If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hour's notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the session payment is forfeited and will not be refunded. Parker Edyn Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.
VOUCHERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
