Dear Crafter,
It’s the time of the year to begin thinking of Peek’n Peak’s Annual Fall Fest! The dates for this year’s Fall Fest and craft show will be October 13 & 14 and 20 & 21, 2018. Hours for the show are 10am – 5pm each weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Fall Fest offers crafters both inside and outside booth opportunities. Inside spaces are available in our Main Ski Lodge and outside booths are available around the Main Ski Lodge and Annex Office.
Fall Fest Space Options:
Both Weekends (availability depends on category of craft):
- Inside booth space for one weekend, outside booth space for other weekend
- Outside booth space for two weekends
One Weekend (availability depends on category of craft):
- Inside booth space for one weekend
- Outside booth space for one weekend
Crafters must provide their own set-up and no electricity is provided for outdoor spaces – no exceptions! Inside booth spaces include one covered and skirted table and two chairs. Electricity and additional tables are available for inside spaces only for an additional charge.
Fees to exhibit at the Peek’n Peak Fall Fest craft show are as follows:
- $240 – 8x10 indoor space for one weekend
- $270 – 10x10 indoor space for one weekend
- $195 – 10x10 outdoor space for one weekend
- +$10 – Electricity – Indoor space only, per weekend
- +$10 – Extra Table (Limit 1) – Indoor space only, per weekend

Again this year, we will require photos of your craft as well as your booth set-up to be juried for your admittance into the show. Everyone needs to submit photos, even if you have been a vendor in the past.
For the legitimacy of our event, we require a New York State Tax ID. If you need to apply, please visit www.tax.ny.gov and file for the Form DTF-17. Once accepted into the show, you will receive an Accepted Letter from us. We will be asking for your State ID, along with payment.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received - apply early!
Upon acceptance into the show, you will receive notice and an invoice for the amount due.
A few guidelines to keep in mind as you consider your craft and photos to submit to us:
- All items that you will display must be included in photographs that will be approved by Peek’n Peak Resort.
- Only items hand-crafted by the exhibitor are permitted. No kits, purchased resin items, etc. will be permitted for this show. The committee is taking extra care again this year to eliminate “buy/sell” items from Fall Fest.
