If you wish to send Voicemail to Email with the SkySwitch-owned Sendgrid account, we will have to configure your email domain with Sendgrid, and you will have to create DNS records that will allow the Sendgrid IP addresses to send emails on your behalf.
We will provide you with the necessary records after you submit this form. You will be provided with DKIM records to add to your domain, as well as an article with instructions on setting up SPF records to enter at your registrar, hosting company, or DNS manager. Your SPF record will include the SendGrid’s IP addresses that have been assigned to SkySwitch.
When you submit the form, a ticket will be created with the SkySwitch Control Tower and the support team will guide you through the rest of the process.
Note: We recommend sending emails from your domain (FQDN), however, in some cases, larger companies may request that the Voicemail to Email is sent from their own domain name (FQDN). A $25 one-time Sendgrid setup fee will be charged on domains with less than 50 active seats see check box below.
